Online Injury Consultations bring healthcare to you at home. If you have an existing injury and need help managing it, or you're concerned about a new problem, I'm here to help. I work with a wide range of clients, of all ages and backgrounds to move towards their goals.

Online Strength & Conditioning is designed to work around you and your schedule. Using an personalised approach, based around your goals and lifestyle, we build a program that works for you. You choose when and where you train, and I'll be there to provide support when you need it.

Online Nutrition Coaching

It can be difficult to get the balance right when it comes to nutrition, particularly with a busy lifestyle. I can help to make things simple again, providing evidence-based information and advice to help you reach your target. This is all included in the Online Personal Training plan.

Hi, I’m Tom!

I’m a Sports Rehabilitator and Strength & Conditioning Coach. I help people to overcome pain and injury, improve their health and achieve their fitness and body goals! 

 

Using a personalised, evidence-based approach, my passion is to help you become the best version of yourself!

I’ve worked in professional sport and private Physiotherapy settings, helping people of all ages and backgrounds to overcome injury and better their health and performance.

 

My mission is to bring professional healthcare and personalised training to you, at home.
