  • After getting to know you and what you want to achieve, I build a training and nutrition plan to get you there. You’ll receive your plan, along with video examples and walk-throughs.

  • I use regular check-ins to ensure that you’re happy and on track. This helps me to understand what works for you. 

  • You decide how much support you need – whether you want some advice around form or technique, or just simply to discuss your weight-change progress, I’ll be there to help out.

  • Online Strength & Conditioning offers all the benefits of in-person personal training, without the hassle of busy gyms and late-cancellations . Together we work towards your fitness and nutrition goals, on a schedule that works for you.

If you decide to go ahead, we'll set up and online consultation. This helps me to get to know you and your goals before designing your personalised plan.

4 - Walk through plan

Now that your plan's ready, we'll go through it together. This is to ensure you're confident and happy to het started.

5 - Start making progress!

You'll receive your plan, along with video demo's, app suggestions and other tools to track progress.






6 - Feedback and check-in

Weekly check-ins are designed to track progress, solve problems and make improvements. This is done via video or phone.
